Walk Fifteen by Serry Design International is a residential compound strategically located on the Autostrad in 15 May City, offering direct access to central hubs and sitting just 15 minutes from anywhere in Cairo. Situated near May University and El Sahaba Mosque, the development aims to re-invent residential living by blending exceptional convenience with modern luxury. It offers a dream-like reality where life follows a tranquil pace, elevated by fresh air, flowing water features, and signature amenities right at your doorstep. Designed with a strong emphasis on nature and open space, the compound dedicates 20% of its area to vibrant landscaping, which includes a meticulously designed central plaza. The project comprises 46 buildings that house a total of 644 units, thoughtfully divided into Standard, Royal Apartment, Sky Villa, and Garden Villa configurations to suit diverse lifestyle aspirations.
