View Project

Situated in the heart of New Cairo at the dynamic intersection of the Mohamed Naguib Axis and Youssef El-Sibai Street, the Vast Office Buildings stand as a premier commercial anchor within the expansive "There" mixed-use masterplan. Designed to seamlessly integrate work, life, and play, this ambitious development caters to multinational corporations and forward-thinking businesses looking for a bold, breathable environment. The architecture moves beyond traditional office concepts by offering large-scale standalone structures that prioritize fluidity and community connection. By integrating dedicated pedestrian pathways, such as The Stroll, and shared ground-level interaction zones, the project naturally brings professionals and retail spaces together in a vibrant, balanced setting. The defining architectural feature of Vast is its striking facade design, which is meticulously engineered to maximize natural light and transparency through expansive glass exposure. This open-facade approach effectively dissolves the boundaries between the interior workspaces and the lush external environment, offering unmatched, panoramic views of the surrounding Steight villas and serene water features. Adding to its bold visual identity, the buildings boast dramatic 5-meter-high private entrances that establish an immediate sense of exclusivity and scale upon arrival. Complementing the sleek glass exteriors are shaded garden rooftops that serve as quiet, luxurious extensions of the workspace, proving that high-end corporate architecture can be both visually commanding and deeply grounded in nature.

Step into a signature world where every intricate detail is artfully looped around contemporary aspirations to re-imagine the commercial landscape from a breakthrough perspective, not offered elsewhere. The Grid by LMD promises a dream-like reality, boldly transforming the heart of Cairo with a high-fidelity masterplan that balances industrial precision and organic flow. Here, professional life follows a tranquil pace in-tune with sweeping glass volumes and rhythmic architectural skeletons, while signature design elements reign supreme to elevate new standards of impeccable luxury and corporate identity. The architectural philosophy of The Grid focuses on a "Modular Fluidity" approach, where the masterplan is defined by a series of interconnected buildings that utilize a high-contrast industrial palette. By integrating sleek curtain walls with a prominent white structural grid, the design creates a dynamic visual identity that maximizes natural light and spatial efficiency. This strategic architectural mix bridges the gap between active public pedestrian plazas at the ground level and refined, glass-encased office environments above, ensuring the development stands as a landmark of modern masterplanning and corporate excellence. ________________________________________ Key Features • Modular Grid Facade: A prominent, high-fidelity white structural frame that provides a rhythmic visual identity and defines the building's contemporary industrial aesthetic. • Fluid Masterplanning: A master-planned layout that prioritizes connectivity, featuring expansive pedestrian avenues and green corridors that link distinct commercial volumes. • Double-Height Retail Plazas: Ground-floor elevations are characterized by high-transparency, double-height glass volumes to maximize visibility for premium retail and flagship tenants.

Urban · New Cairo, Egypt

Plot 66

Plot 66 stands as a visionary, high-density mixed-use gateway district strategically positioned in the rapidly evolving urban landscape of New Cairo, Egypt. Situated with exceptional connectivity adjacent to major transit corridors including the Suez Road, Mohamed Naguib Axis, and Youssef Al Sebaai Road, this comprehensive master plan seamlessly blends premium residential living with state-of-the-art commercial and office clusters. The spatial layout breaks away from traditional rigid planning, adopting a dynamic, curvilinear ribbon development that flows beautifully along the site's natural topography. The master plan is meticulously zoned into distinct experiential nodes, each tailored to foster a holistic urban eco-system where executive productivity, retail vitality, and neighborhood community thrive in unison. The architectural identity of Plot 66 is defined by a series of bold, sculptural mid-rise volumes that follow a fluid, organic geometry. Anchoring the western gateway is a dedicated Executive Focus zone, characterized by advanced office complexes arranged around an architectural roundabout and geometric corporate plazas. Moving eastward, the development naturally transitions through themed programmatic hubs—including dedicated zones for Wellbeing, Sustainable Living, Art & Culture, Glamour, and Playfulness—interspersed with a rigorous modular residential grid. This extensive programming is physically and visually tied together by sweeping linear parks, pedestrian boardwalks, and tranquil water infrastructure that insulate the interior spaces from the surrounding highways. PLOT 19 LMD New Capital

Urban · New Capital, Egypt

PLOT 19 LMD New Capital

Conceived as a dynamic, sculptural urban icon, Plot 19 LMD in the New Capital serves as a high-profile gateway district to the region. The masterplan spans an expansive 260,177 msq, defined by an organic yet structured grid that beautifully balances order with fluidity. Rejecting traditional rectilinear architecture, the development is dominated by a cluster of massive, rounded towers featuring striking tapering forms. Clad in sleek, highly reflective glass, these colossal structures are designed to resemble futuristic pods seamlessly linked by elevated pathways. By integrating architecture, curated landscapes, and water features with natural lines, the design establishes a harmonious, high-density environment that is both visually arresting and deeply connected to its surroundings. The functional programming of the district is elegantly zoned across its sweeping, curvilinear site layout to cultivate a vibrant, 24-hour destination. At the main entrance axis, highly visible office and retail blocks anchor the development to establish a powerhouse commercial center. Conversely, premium residential units are tucked away along the quieter interior curve, offering an urban living experience entirely focused on privacy and tranquility. Strategically interspersed hotel buildings further integrate luxury hospitality directly into the community fabric. Ultimately, this striking hub utilizes its fluid geometry and comprehensive mixed-use programming to define a distinct, modern identity for the area.

Showroom

Commercial · New Cairo, Egypt

Showroom

The SHowroom is envisioned as a premier commercial spine, serving as the foundational catalyst for a new urban expansion adjacent to El Rehab City in New Cairo. Designed to redefine the contemporary retail experience, the project's primary purpose is to function as an open-air promenade anchored by a series of upscale, two-story showrooms. Responding to its transitional site—bridging established neighborhoods with future development—the master plan adopts a porous, linear arrangement that breaks down the overall commercial mass into distinct, rhythmic pavilions. This highly permeable configuration invites fluid pedestrian circulation through broad walkways and a central plaza, effectively transforming a traditional retail strip into a dynamic civic thoroughfare that encourages exploration and community engagement. To establish a strong, unified visual identity, our firm employed a bold, minimalist architectural language defined by monumental structural frames. These sleek, light-toned portals wrap continuously around the showroom volumes, providing a striking architectural contrast to the expansive, double-height glass curtain walls. This extensive glazing not only maximizes natural daylight within the interiors but also ensures highly transparent, premium street frontages for diverse tenants, from high-end boutiques to medical suppliers. Furthermore, the projecting structural elements act as passive shading devices, creating a comfortable, sheltered microclimate for the pedestrian pathways below. Enhanced by artistic focal points like the vibrant central plaza sculpture, Zen Walk delivers immense commercial value, offering a sophisticated, high-visibility retail destination that sets a premium benchmark for the district's ongoing expansion.
