GSA represents a contemporary paradigm shift in healthcare architecture, reimagining the traditional clinic as a vibrant, permeable mixed-use hub. Designed to seamlessly integrate with its urban context, the building's massing is intentionally fractured to form a generous pedestrian promenade that acts as the project's organizing spine.
