Eprom
Office · New Cairo
The EPROM Headquarters stands as a distinguished landmark of corporate architecture within the rapidly growing business district of New Cairo, Egypt. Conceived to project a strong sense of operational excellence and professional stability, the building features a robust, mid-rise volume defined by clean geometric lines. The exterior envelope is a sophisticated composition of solid, earth-toned composite paneling seamlessly integrated with expansive glass curtain walls. The primary elevation is anchored by a curved, tinted glass atrium that acts as the building’s visual core, accented by sharp, reflective metallic bands running horizontally across the facade. This dynamic interplay of materials maximizes visual impact from the street while ensuring high thermal performance and filtered natural light for the workspaces within. Inside, the corporate sanctuary transitions into a highly refined environment where spatial efficiency meets premium craftsmanship. The layout is optimized to support high-level corporate operations, offering a seamless flow between executive suites, open-plan administrative offices, and advanced boardroom facilities. The interior palette is defined by an elegant combination of warm hardwood flooring, custom dark wood wall paneling, and minimalist acoustic ceiling treatments with integrated geometric lighting layouts. Expansive, floor-to-ceiling window walls wrap the office zones, framing panoramic vistas of the surrounding urban landscape and flooding the executive areas with light. The result is a sophisticated, editorial-grade workspace that perfectly bridges professional functionality with a polished corporate identity.
