Strategically located in the District 7 Services Center of El Shorouk City, the Beauty Park Concept is an innovative retail and biophilic wellness center designed to harmonize premium commercial offerings with specialized healthcare. Situated on a prominent 7,583 msq site with a carefully considered 3,564 msq building footprint, the development serves as a comprehensive destination for physical, emotional, and social well-being. The holistic programming features extensive retail space across fifty units on the lower levels, seamlessly integrated with a boutique hotel offering 34 rooms. The core of the facility is a vast clinical hub comprising 116 standard medical suites, 18 luxury clinics, and six specialized centers, providing a fully integrated approach to wellness and lifestyle. Architecturally, the project breaks away from traditional medical and commercial typologies by championing six core principles of biophilic design to create a deeply therapeutic environment. The building's massing transitions from crisp, orthogonal geometries into sweeping, continuous curves, culminating in deep-set glass balconies and a prominent circular rooftop pergola that floods the interior with natural light. The facade presents a sophisticated interplay of textures, combining warm, clean-cut masonry with rugged, earth-toned feature walls that draw inspiration from the natural elements of fire, air, earth, and water. By embedding natural forms, therapeutic gardens, and ecological solutions directly into the built environment, the architecture elevates the user experience into a breathable sanctuary designed to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and foster meaningful community interaction.

Elite Mall 2
Elite Square 2, located in New Cairo, Egypt, represents a sophisticated architectural evolution of the modern clinic hub and commercial destination. The primary design concept embraces a fractured, dual-block massing strategy that responds dynamically to its prominent corner site, establishing an open and inviting urban edge. As demonstrated in our site analysis file **Levels Adjustment.png**, the architecture directly negotiates the sloping street topography, utilizing a split-level ground condition to orchestrate seamless, multi-tier pedestrian access into the lower retail levels and upper clinical spaces. By activating the street-front with outdoor cafes, vibrant pedestrian plazas, and transparent storefronts, the project bridges the gap between public lifestyle spaces and private healthcare environments, turning the building into a welcoming community anchor. Our firm’s architectural solutions emphasize modular rhythm and high-contrast materiality, a design language captured in the elevation rendering **Pixel.png**. The facade is defined by striking, extruded rectangular frames that project outward from the building envelope, creating a three-dimensional "pixelated" display grid for premium retail tenants and clinical suites. This structural cadence is clad in sleek, dark composite panels and expansive glass curtain walls that flood the medical interiors with healing natural light. As detailed in the conceptual file **wer.png**, a dramatic central circulation canyon featuring a glass elevator and a sculptural spiral ramp seamlessly connects the wings while enhancing open-air ventilation. Capping the structure are premium rooftop terraces that offer panoramic urban views. Ultimately, Elite Square 2 delivers immense commercial and civic value by combining retail energy with clinical excellence, creating a balanced, wellness-focused landmark for New Cairo.

The concept of a mall is always set in a large scale. People are always going to the "biggest mall, we their needs don't need the large scale to be satisfied. Everyone has the same needs. People need a grocery store, a clinic, a supermarket, a gym and several other outlets for their daily life. To obtain these things, they shouldn't be taking a trip to the nearest largest mall. They should have something small and convenient custom made to their neighborhood. This is where Elite square mall comes in. People are lazy, they won't go to a large mall 5 km away to buy their groceries, they want something next to their house. This is where elite square mall comes in. It gives you all the needs you require on a daily basis in a practical and efficient style. When we drew out its plan and set it up for sale, we sold the shops inside right away, because it plays on the need of the consumers. The places Elite square mall will open more branches in, are the places with no services within walking distance.

Villa Chouiefat
Located in the vibrant landscape of New Cairo, this contemporary residential villa presents a bold architectural statement that masterfully balances monumental massing with intimate, lived-in warmth. The exterior facade is a study in material contrast, pairing sleek, dark stone cladding with rich, textured wood panels accented by subtle geometric fretwork motifs. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and transparent glass balconies dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the lush, meticulously curated gardens, which feature vibrant flowering trees and cascading greenery. This thoughtful integration of natural elements and striking structural geometry creates a private, elevated sanctuary designed to harmonize with its surrounding urban context while standing out as a modern masterpiece. Inside, the villa transitions into a highly expressive, contemporary canvas that redefines modern domesticity. The open-plan living spaces are anchored by striking structural columns treated with bold, Bauhaus-inspired color blocking in vibrant hues of primary red, deep blue, and mustard yellow. This dynamic use of color is perfectly offset by warm, inviting textures, including plush, modular curved seating and rich, dark marble accent walls. A sophisticated entertainment area, framed by suspended cascading planters and bespoke, sculptural red shelving, provides an effortless flow for social gatherings. Every design choice—from the bright area rugs to the curated abstract art—infuses the home with a unique, energetic personality, creating an architectural space that is deeply personal and distinctly made for living.
