View Project

Step into a signature world where every intricate detail is artfully looped around contemporary aspirations to re-imagine commercial living from a breakthrough perspective, not offered elsewhere. Grand Preziosa promises a dream-like reality, boldly transforming the urban streetscape with a sophisticated architectural language that balances transparency and texture. Here, professional life follows a tranquil pace in-tune with high-fidelity glass facades and rhythmic timber fins, while signature architectural elements reign supreme to elevate new standards of impeccable luxury. The architectural philosophy focuses on a "Double-Skin" intervention that prioritizes both aesthetic prestige and environmental comfort. By integrating sleek curtain walls with a secondary layer of vertical louvers, the design manages solar heat gain while creating a dynamic visual identity for the retail and corporate levels. This strategic architectural mix bridges the gap between active public pedestrian zones at the ground level and refined, glass-encased office environments above, ensuring the development stands as a landmark of modern design and corporate excellence. ________________________________________ Key Features • Dynamic Vertical Louvers: A rhythmic secondary skin of timber-textured fins provides depth to the facade and offers natural shading for the internal spaces. • High-Transparency Retail Base: Ground-floor elevations utilize expansive, floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize visual connectivity between luxury retail tenants and the active public realm. • Eroded Corner Terraces: The architectural design incorporates "carved out" open-air terraces on the upper floors, providing private outdoor breakout spaces for office users.
